If you have not received an email to confirm your account there are a few options you can try.
Check your spam folder
Sometimes our emails may accidentally get sent to spam. To ensure this does not happen, be sure to add notify@vtrpro.com to your contact list. For Gmail/Inbox users, make sure you move one of our emails from the "Promotions" tab to the "Primary" tab.
I still haven't received the email and it's not in my spam folder
If you have not received the confirmation email, and it's not in spam, this could be due to a company firewall. If this happens, you can either change your account email to a personal one in your "My Settings" page or you can contact support@vtrpro.com.
